I have been practicing yoga for more than 25 years, and now it is time for me to teach it!
Through my experience and my ability to transmit yoga and its philosophy of life, I accompany patients with respect and kindness. I help create a bridge between the physical, psychic, and emotional body.
The yoga method I offer has the particularity of using supports such as blocks, chairs, bolsters, or blankets. These supports have a reassuring effect; they help to take specific postures and to maintain them. Thus the practice becomes accessible and adaptable while respecting the capabilities of each person. The yoga sessions I offer include breathing, mobility, coordination of breath with movement, body alignment, learning the art of observation, and silent sitting/ meditation.
Organized, persevering, and committed, I encourage patients to develop their inner joy, their ability to approach inner struggles with more significant serenity, and I strive to participate in the awakening of their consciousness.
