Celtic legend has it that the Fountain of Life exists deep in Ireland, and that to drink the water from this fountain and gain access to knowledge and wisdom, you must first have found and drunk the water from the 5 streams that feed it. The 5 streams symbolizing the 5 senses. In other words, we’ll only be fully alive when we’re connected to our 5 senses.<\/p>\n
But today it’s hard to put the mind aside and (re)connect with our senses.<\/p>\n
So I suggest modeling w<\/em>orkshops t<\/strong>o reconnect with our sensoriality and learn to observe. Observe what nourishes me; what drives me. And observe what bumps into me; what holds me back. And it’s when I’m aware of what’s driving me and what’s holding me back that I can choose my path again – the path to well-being. The Modelage workshop is a group workshop for a maximum of 10 people and is designed on a cycle of 10 weekly sessions. No prerequisites are required.<\/p>\n But what would our senses be if they had no meaning; no use. So, to keep you moving forward on the road to well-being, I can also help you reflect on what makes sense for you, thanks to a discussion group<\/em><\/strong>. This group is open to anyone who wants to take part, and allows everyone to share their moods, thoughts, questions, doubts and fears, as well as their experiences and successes. In the end, it also opens up new perspectives and points of view, through the philosophical questions that may arise from each of our experiences.
